Shipping Policy

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
All orders are processed within the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

All orders will take between 2 - 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered to you after it has been shipped.

CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER FROM THE STORE?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To request for a return, please contact +65 8908 3474 for arrangement.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
